All online orders are made by using the interactive screens that display your search results. Choose the CD Title you want to purchase, then enter the number of copies you want in the Quantity space to the right of the CD Title. Use numbers (1, 2, 3 etc.)
Click on the Add To Cart button. This holds your selection(s) until you are ready to complete your order.
Continue making selections, search other Categories, or launch a new search. Feel free to shop around!

- How do I add insurance to my order ?
Click on the " Insurance " link on the left in any category page, after you have compleated your order. Choose the amount of coverage you need. This will be applied to your order.

- Why is my e-mail address needed ?
Without a Correctly spelled e-mail address we can not fill your order. PLEASE CHECK the spelling of your e-mail address on the order form. If you have a SPAM BLOCKER on your e-mail account we CAN NOT send you a confirmation of your order, it will bounce back to us. We do not fill out request forms to be added to your e-mail account.

- What is the best way to pay ?
The best way to pay is with a credit card. Because your order is sometimes broken into more than one shipment, using a credit card allows us to bill you for only what is shipped and bill it when it is shipped. You must enter the billing informstion correctly according to where the credit card statement goes. Then you can enter the shipping information if you choose to send the package somewhere other than the billing address.
Please, enter your card number exactly ( with spaces ) as it appears on your credit card. If you enter number without spaces it will delay your order.

- Do you have a catalog ( printed ) ?
Sorry, Not at this time. By the time we got it from the printer it was out of date ( obsolete ). We can add new items any time in the " New Products " category.
You may print any of the pages of this web site on your own computer's printer.
But remember, we change the web site's pages on a regular basis.

- Do you guarantee you can obtain every disc that I order ?
We will do our very best to obtain the CDs you order, but we cannot perform miracles. If the disc is sold out in Japan or Europe, we cannot obtain it. Check the release date: CDs with a recent release date are more likely to be available. We sell only currently available compact discs. We cannot get "out of print" CDs, but if it is listed in one of our categories, that means that it is in print and probably availble. Because it is "out of print" in the USA doesn't mean that the CD is "out of print" in England, Japan or Germany. To get CDs from over seas takes a little longer. Please be patient.
It is NOT recommended that you purchase items when there is a time element involved. In other words don't order a birthday gift on Wednesday and expect it to be delivered on Friday. It's unrealistic and we can't do it. Additional side trips to the post office and unnecessary emails & correspondence over "rush" orders, that never go as planned, disrupts our service to other customers

- Do you Backorder/Out of Stock ?
We do not backorder as such. Insted, we ask that you reorder it at a latter date. That will give our suppliers time to re-stock the CDs from the manufactures. Our typical order is delivered to you within two weeks, not counting weekends. When you receive your order and if an item is " OUT OF STOCK " Please reorder it after two to four weeks if you have not received it. In this way the back orders will not hold up your order of items in stock. Available inventory of " in print " CDs from our distributor/importers, is dependent on prior sales. Multiple orders for the same item, will be filled in the order in which they come in, and may be depleted by the time we receive your order. Normally we are able to get restocks within 2 to 4 weeks, although sometimes in the case of imports, if the US distributor/importer is out of stock, then they must be backordered from the country of origin, which can sometimes take 4 to 6 weeks If you have a question please e-mail:Dead Dog Records

- Why do you list a disc in a category if it is not available ?
Good question! Many times the disc is listed in our supplier's database (from which we generate our CD lists) even though the disc is "discontinued" or "sold out". In order to get them to press the disc, an order for several hundred pieces is necessary. They leave the listing in their databases because there frequently are requests for repressings, although usually such requests come from large companies.

- Why can't you deliver my order super fast ?
Don't plan a party around import music ! Please be patient. No company can stock the vast number of CDs available worldwide. We consolidate shipments to hold down your freight charges. If we are out of stock, we have to order the cd from our supplier. This takes time, please be patient.

- Do you accept International Money Orders ?
No, because of the high service charge by our bank. The best way is by credit card. We will accept money orders drawn on a US bank.. in U.S. Dollars from overseas customers. We do not accept postage stamps as payment for items or any other bartering instruments, Due to the fluctuation of the world money markets, we can't accept Euros or any other foreign currencies as cash payments. Theres also a charge for us to convert to U.S. dollars.

- How long dose it take to get an order shipped ?
If I have the item in stock it will go out on Friday .
If I don't have the item it will take about two weeks to get it from our
supplier if he has it in stock. If our supplier dose not have it in stock it will take longer.
I order once a week from our supplier late Friday night.
All orders received after that time are then ordered the next Friday.
On an average I'd say about two weeks to get an order.
